Here are some useful tricks in Zelda64. All of them are real and are no rumours (except the TriForce page which is a debate) Another thing should be mentioned. IŽve tried them all myself and they work fine in the European PAL version of Zelda64.
ŽNuff said, now letŽs have some nice tricks, shall we? ^-^
Do like follows: Go to Ganons Castle (again), hack and slash Your way to the top and meet Ganondorf. After YouŽve beaten him, run out along with Princess Zelda. Now, when Ganondorf musters his forces and becomes Ganon, heŽll knock the Master Sword out of Your hand. Pause the game, save it and hit reset. Go into Your file. Voilá! as they say in France. Link is now unequipped on the B-button. You can now give for example the bow or ocarina on B when on Epona.
Here are three nice tricks to perform at the Fishing Pond
YouŽll need:
1; At least 100 rupees
2; And some good patience
Do as follows:
Go to the Fishing Pond in Lake Hylia. Pay the price for fishing. After payment is done, go
so that You can have a clear shot at the Fisherman with the rod, and make also sure that YouŽre in range.
Now begin throwing at the Fisherman with the rod. It takes a while, but then suddenly, you catch the
hat. Reel it in and throw it out in the pond a cpouple of time and itŽll fall off and the Fisherman will force
You to pay for it.After youŽve payed him, save the game. Next time You go to the Fishing Pond, the Fisherman wont
have any hat.
What to do:
Once again, go to the Fishing Pond. Pay for going fishing, and run around in the tall grass at the wall. If You donŽt find anything
there, go out on the big log in the water. Wander around on it until You find the sinking lure. When You do, You can choose
between throwing it away or use it. Choose use, Žcause weŽll need it later. Whoops, almost forgot. If you catch a record fish when having
the sinking lure, you wonŽt get a prize for it.
What YouŽll need:
See above...
You must be adult Link for this one. Take on the Zora Tunic and the Iron Boots and walk as quietly as possible with the boots down into the pond. Choose Link-wiew and look around until You see a eel-like fish. Get up from the water and aim against it. You must take careful aim, because YouŽll need to almost hit the Loach in the head with the sinking lure to make it bite. But when it does, prepare for a very long fight. It took me five minutes to reel in the Loach, so prepare for a thumb-aiking afterwards. When the Loach is caught, go to the Fisherman and show it to him. YouŽll get Your prize and the Loach will be set free.
These are the tricks IŽve collected. If You have any tricks that are just great, Send Them In
